Kundalini Yoga​

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, sacred science that was developed and refined by yogis thousands of years ago. It was kept secret and passed from master to student until it was brought to the West and shared openly by the master Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Yogi Bhajan believed it was time for everyone to have access to this powerful technology.

 

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a complete technology that combines postures (asanas), movement, breath (pranayam), hand positions (mudras), sound current (mantra) and meditation to create precise, specific effects.  

 

Kundalini yoga transforms us on every level of our being: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It balances and strengthens the physical body and systems; clears emotional blocks; cleanses the subconscious mind; calms and focuses the mind; and connects us to our soul and destiny.  

 

Called the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is a system for building the human consciousness that helps awaken the Kundalini energy -- the creative potential of each human. Thus, we can experience our higher consciousness and live as empowered, conscious beings.  As a result, we live happy, healthy, holy lives.
